• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching/training experience (online or offline).
• Proven experience in teaching English, IELTS, TOEFL, or subject-specific language modules.
• Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).

• Certifications Required: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or any globally recognized English teaching certification.
• IELTS Examiners or Trainers are encouraged to apply.

• Skills & Qualities: Strong communication and classroom engagement skills.
• Ability to design and deliver interactive learning experiences.
• Empathy and adaptability to cater to students from diverse backgrounds.
• Tech-savviness in using digital tools and content.

• Technical Requirements: High-speed internet connection.
• Access to a noise-free professional space with webcam & mic.
• Familiarity with presentation tools and digital boards.

• Conducting live online classes (per schedule).
• Preparing lesson plans and assignments.
• Providing regular feedback and student support.
• Contributing to curriculum updates and improvements.
• Ensuring attendance and performance tracking.
